The average listing agent charges 2.5%–3% of the sale price. On a $400,000 home, that's $10,000–$12,000. SkipCommission charges $499. Most sellers save $10,000–$25,000.
Yes — full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable once your listing is activated and AI-generated content has been delivered.
That's up to you and the buyer. SkipCommission replaces the listing agent. The buyer may or may not have their own agent. You can offer a buyer agent commission (BAC) if you want to attract agent-represented buyers.
SkipCommission generates MLS-ready descriptions. MLS push via flat-fee MLS services is coming soon. In the meantime, you can use the generated descriptions to list on Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook Marketplace, and Craigslist.
Our AI analyzes comparable sales within a 1-mile radius from the last 90 days, factors in your home's features and condition, and provides a suggested price with plain-English reasoning and pricing psychology tips.
Buyers request showings directly through your listing page. You manage the schedule. When offers come in, AI breaks down every term — price, contingencies, closing date, earnest money — and gives you a recommendation with counter-offer points.
We strongly recommend using a licensed real estate attorney for contract review and closing. SkipCommission is AI software — we provide listing intelligence, not legal advice.
